Problem
During admission season thousands of applicants need to be called — a large call center is expensive and slow.
Solution
Automated calls via Asterisk (PJSIP/ARI) with Yandex SpeechKit for speech recognition and synthesis. The bot runs a scripted conversation, analyzes the answers, scores interest and hands hot leads to a human operator in real time. Django + Channels + Celery, recordings stored in MinIO.
